Chili Cook Off Merchant Booth Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley 3rd Annual Chili Cook Off at Carnegie Park on Saturday, October 7, 2023.
We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park and all will have access to your booth.
Merchant booths are intended for businesses, crafters, artisans, and others who will sell products.
Merchant Booth Details:

Booths will be allocated a space in the park to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy/tent.

Booth fee is payable to Rotary Club of Livermore Valley upon acceptance of your application.

The fee is $100 if application submitted on or before August 15, 2023.

The fee is $150 if application submitted after August 15, 2023.

Booth setup on the day of the event 9:00 am - 10:30 am
-
Open to the Public 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Booths must be staffed and open from 11am- 5pm

Your booth name as well as merchant logo and website url (if provided) will be featured on the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and social media and will be included in the event directory.
Booth operator will need to provide:

Canopy/shade structure

Table(s) and chair(s) for displaying and for your use

Signage
-
Generator if you need power
-
Ice chests if you need to keep items cold
