Rotarian of the Year - The Bill Webster Award
At the culmination of the Rotary year in June, the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley recognizes an outstanding member who has gone above and beyond in contributing time and effort to the success of our club during the past year. Celebrating the Rotarian of the Year also celebrates the tradition of service begun by our first club president, Bill Webster. This award honors and remembers Bill, while honoring a current member of our club. Occasionally, the award is presented to two deserving members.

We began this tradition in 1994. The Bill Webster Award is the highest honor given to a club member.
Dave Goulart at work
From the moment he joined our club, Dave Goulart has been actively engaged in leading our support of the community. Dave has been a perfect fit for Club Service Projects Chair, and his enthusiasm inspires us to get involved. Through Dave's efforts, our club has provided community service to several local nonprofits, including Goodness Village, Shepherd's Gate, Kids Against Hunger, and, most notably, Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

Dave's leadership in community nonprofits including Sleep in Heavenly Peace and the Livermore Craft Beer Foundation keep our club connected to volunteer and service opportunities.

Dave is a business owner, the principal of Aqua Hero Pool and Spa. He is also a family man with children in college.
