Welcome to the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley
Welcome to the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley! Each Tuesday morning, we continue the tradition that began on May 31, 1985, when our first club president, Bill Webster, called the meeting to order and the fellowship began. We enjoy coming together as a group each week. At our meetings, and beyond through our committees, we serve our community while also developing lasting friendships with one another.

Please join us on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 in the Horticulture Building, 3300, at Las Positas College, 3000 Campus Hill Drive, Livermore. You are invited to email Bennie LeBourvellec for more information.
Welcome from President Beth McCormick
Beth McCormick
Welcome to the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley! We are a unique community that embraces all individuals seeking enriching experiences through meaningful contributions to society alongside like-minded companions.

My personal journey with Rotary started six years ago while working in Human Resource for a large organization. I needed to find a community where I could build camaraderie and enjoy being around a fun group of people while being myself. Attending a few meetings introduced me to kind-hearted Rotarians who eventually became cherished friends. As my connections within Rotary grew, I recognized its positive influence on both my personal and professional development. Engaging in activities such as distributing Thanksgiving turkeys to the less fortunate, connecting with Veterans during the annual Christmas Party at the Veterans Hospital, and participating in various charitable initiatives brought me immense joy.

Being a member of an organization that initiates meetings with the Pledge of Allegiance, along with lighthearted elements like the joke of the day and song of the day, initially felt unfamiliar. But I grew to appreciate its emphasis on community and service above self.

Regardless of your current life circumstances, I encourage you to explore the enriching opportunities Rotary has to offer.

Be prepared to meet people who ask themselves these four questions when interacting with others:
  1. Is it the Truth?
  2. Is it Fair to all concerned?
  3. Will it build Goodwill and better Friendships?
  4. Will it Beneficial to all concerned?
We Rotarians call this The Four-Way Test and hold each other accountable, accordingly.

This is the Magic of Rotary!
