Our club was proud to award $7,732 in grants to support local schools and nonprofits during our 2023 Spring Grant Program.
Our community grants help us fulfill our mission of serving our community. We are grateful to our sponsors and to community members who participate in our fundraisers, especially the Annual Chili Cook Off, as well as to our members for funding these grants. And we are proud to partner with these organizations to improve the quality of life for members of our community.
This spring we awarded grants to the following organizations:
- Mendenhall Middle School Library, for Library Reading Circles
- Sunset Elementary School, for Dramatic Play Materials for Transitional Kindergarten
- Junction Avenue School Color Guard, for New Props
- Livermore High School Ceramics Program, for Wheel and Throwing Club Launch Supplies
- Vineyard Alternative School, for Class of 2023 Graduation Celebration
- Tri-Valley for Black Lives, for the 2023 Juneteenth Celebration
- Open Heart Kitchen, for the Livermore Senior Meal Program
- Spectrum Community Services, for Outreach Materials for Spectrum Connect
- Monthly Miracles, for Welcome Home Kits
- Girls Soccer Worldwide, for Leadership Workshops
- Cal Dart, for Disaster Worker Safety Vests
