TODAY'S PROGRAM: Rosa Fierro Cellars
Rosa is the first hispanic female winemaker in Livermore. She worked in an international law firm in SF, when she started volunteering to make wine in Livermore. She decided to leave her job and start a winery where she specializes in Bordeaux wines.
She sells most of her wine directly out of her urban winery and tasting room, which is located in Livermore's vibrant "Vasco Row," a unique destination for craft beverages just 5 minutes from Livermore's iconic downtown. You can usually find her in the tasting room, waiting to greet you, where groovy tunes fill the air and her winemaking photographs adorn the walls.
50/50 RAFFLE: Three winners!
Lori Souza, Ann Wilburn, Mark Hudson
81st 10-Spot board: Sarah Palmer dedicated the board to the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore's restricted fund for the Foundation projects.
