Drop off Turkeys at City Hall on Saturday November 23 from 10:00-1:00. Mony will be collecting them for Tri-Valley Haven. Gift cards and cash are welcome, too.

Lauren Franzella is leading the collection of new socks and underwear - sizes 4T - 6T - for the 100+ children (girls and boys) who could be attending the Annual Children's Holiday Party. Lauren is giving us several options to help out:
Purchase and drop off socks and/or underwear at Lauren's house
Venmo Lauren your donation and she will do the shopping for you (Lauren's Venmo is @Lauren-Franzella; confirmation is 0509)

TODAY'S PROGRAM: FALL GRANT AWARDS-totaling $8,847!
Philomena Rambo led us in celebrating the recipients of our Fall Club Grants, and Congratulations to all!
Partnering with LVEF we awarded grants to Joe Michell (school foyer upgrades), Marylin Ave. (Science Camp), Smith (TK classroom upgrades and Social Emotional Library for TK-3 students), and Lawrence (Student Led Grants) Elementary Schools. LVEF contributed $1757. We are so grateful for their continued support!
Other community nonprofit recipients were Good News Bears, for Cuddles for All; they have distributed over 20,000 stuffed animals over the years. Goodness Village will use their grant for Community Wellness Engagement Supplies. Sleep in Heavenly Peace, helping No Kids Sleep on the Floor. All sponsored by David Goulart.
LPC Veterans First Program was awarded a grant to help Women Veterans. Sunflower Hill will use their grant to purchase cooking class supplies, and Tri-Valley Air Quality Climate Alliance will purchase Induction Cooking equipment for demonstrations.
